Gotta say its an improvement than his look he had going for the show, even as a pretty scrawny white guy. And if you saw him with no makeup you'd know his loss was pretty extreme.

He still has a visible hair line that frames his face, even if it's very diffuse.

Without that, he would look like crap, just like 99% of slick bald men.
