What are your thoughts? Any help is appreciated

Hello everyone. I am new to the forums and am seeking any help/advise. I am currently 23 and feel like I am thinning in the crown. My hair line hasn't receded and is the same from as long as I can remember.

These pictures were taken 3 years ago when I first thought I was thinning, however the dermatologist told me that I was worrying about nothing.



Usually my scalp is always itchy and I shower with hot water. But recently I have been showering with luke warm water and revita shampoo and my scalp no longer itches. Here are current photos.

It does look like your crown may be thinning, but nothing horrible. IMO it doesn't look like it has gotten worse in 3 years.
