Where would you say I am on the norwood scale? (Age 22)

Hey guys, I'm having trouble determining where I am on the norwood scale.. I'd say I'm somewhere in the NW3 region but I can't get an honest opinion from friends/ family. My hairline has been receding since I was about 18 and I've started thinning in a whirl on my crown. In the pictures my finger indicates where my hairline is.. there are some miniaturized hairs in front of them. Click image for larger version

ID:	469725 Currently 3 months into propecia 1mg, saw palmetto, nizoral 1% and minox 5% treatment and hoping to keep what I have as it's not a catastrophic situation just yet. I welcome all honest opinions and suggestions!

That's a 3. When it lines up like that with your sideburns, it's a 3.

If you can tolerate Propecia, it could work wonders for you as it does for many men. Not a cure of course, but it can really slow down the progress of MPB and even allow miniaturizing hair to regain some caliber. One of Dr. Cole's patients started using Propecia after his first surgery. He had a definite outline of a Norwood 6-7 pattern forming. His hair was originally black but the miniaturizing hairs were dark brown creating a definite classic male pattern baldness fringe all the way around. After using Propecia for a year, the miniaturizing pattern completely disappeared. We only placed grafts in his frontal area.

        Hang in there.
