Hey all first time poster here...
I'm 21 and my hair is thinning quickly at the crown and more recently all over.
I use propecia once a day and rogaine twice daily. I used to use Nizoral, but for the past few months I've been on strictly Selsun Blue and Pantene Pro V Volumizing Shampoo.
Recently (ever since I switched shampoo), my hair has felt brittle and it's starting to thin more rapidly. I'm afraid that it's because I stopped Nizoral. I went and bought some Nizoral today, so I'll begin that tomorrow.
However, I'm also worried about the Pantene Pro V. I use it because it is volumizing and makes my hair look fuller, but I'm not willing to sacrifice my hair just to make it look fuller for the time being.
What volumizing shampoos are available that won't damage my hair? What shampoo regimen do you use? Please help!! Thanks in advance!
