Hi, guys. I'm a 22-year-old NW3, I tried a lot of different stuff to help with my hairloss. From topical snake oils that didn't get me anything to finasteride, which did little besides slowing down my hair loss. And not even by that much.
I eventually settled on Spironolactone 100mg. While it didn't restore my hairline completely, not even close, I experieced a noticeable improvement in my hair's look and density. Only now I got a problem, you see a side-effect of Spironolactone is numbness to the arms and legs. I'm not sure but I think it has something to do with it being a diuretic. I can take the reduced libido no problem, but this just won't do
I just wanted if anyone out there has any knowledge of pharmaceutics or is using Spironolactone, and knows if there's any other medication I can take to counter that affect. An antidieuretic perhaps?
Please, Aldactone has really saved my life. It may not be a cure to baldness, but it's the closest thing to it there is, and it actually works. I really don't want to stop taking it. Thank you.
