Facing my fears, and going back to the mall today even with my Norwood 7 baldness

I must face this fear.

I know that I have to try and move on with life, even though I cannot come up with any solution for hair loss.

I WILL go back to the same mall, and walk the entire mall in a circle and loop.

The more you train yourself that going out in public doesn't produce the perceived fears you have, the sooner you will have built up a buffer against your anxieties and it won't be as hard anymore.

What other choice is there? I mean bald or not you have to keep going forward. I mean there is hope that there will be better treatments and a cure eventually. Just live and forget about it. A good attitude and just trying to be a likeable person can really make up for being bald honestly. Humor goes a long ways.

pros:
-I entered the mall and did an entire round both upper and bottom floor. I sat in the bookstore coffee section also for 30 minutes to read.

cons:
-One guy literally stared at me for a long gaze looking at me, then my hair loss, then me again. It was sooooooo uncomfortable. He was also with his girlfriend.
-Was not able to approach any women
- Felt really old and that the Norwood 7 horseshoe pattern was getting to me.
