    Second shedding ahhh

Is it normal to shed twice I was doing really well on rogaine foam and propica and biotin 1000mg and mulit vit with zinc and it's been working for me for about 3 months I notice shedding after about a month but then my hair got noticeably thicker even my hairdresser notices but in the last two weeks I've been losing a lot of my hair can you shed twice or does it just stop Working and how long should I progress with it I know it's never a quick fix but I don't want to waste money either I've also started derma roller about a month ago and not sure if that's something to do with it... One more I am using lipogaine big 3...

It's probably the lipogaine or derma rolling, I reckon it's that lipogaine shit that stuff caused me to lose more hair because of saw palmetto, when I added saw palmetto after two years on fin it made me horny and lose more hair. You just screwed up you perfect regime, keep it simple man!

    1. Propecia
    2. Regaine foam
    3. Regenepure DR and NT shampoo.

    Ditch that lipogaine shit.

I would only derma roll lightly once every 3rd week.

Aggressive rolling means more absorption! .
