So I've been using Rogaine for almost a year now and I have seen no major regrowth. Should I stop using it? I mean it's hard to say if it's doing anything because although I haven't gained anything my hair loss has not progressed at all.
Rogaine over a year!

I am assuming you are comparing with pics, because sometimes it is tough to see changes when we are checking daily in the mirror. With that being said, I would still give it a full year and a half before throwing in the towel. -
This is what sucks the most about treatments. My regrowth hasn't exactly been spectacular, but I am sure I would see the difference if I gave up on treatments.Comment

I would keep using Rogaine. Are you currently using anything along side Rogaine?

No I am only using Rogaine and Keto and tbh I think I am loosing ground at the hairline. I have only been applying half a cap once per day and a bit on the hairline. Maybe I should increase the dosage? I hate the stuff though, it makes my hair look like shit! But now I might be stuck using it! That's the thing it's hard to tell if it's doing anything at all.Comment
