Hey Guys, i ordered ru from kane but he hasn't responded back to my emails. Iv'e read that it's a bit common for him to not answer in a timed manner but its been days. Considering that my tracking number from them doesn't work in the EMS site, i am worrying that I've lost a couple hundred . I mean after a week or so you would believe tracking would be updated. They do have good reviews so i doubt any wrongdoing, at least i hope haha. So...

How long did it take you to receive your package from them?
Did EMS update at all?

And have any of you tried Ontario Chemicals?

Do they have any customer service phone numbers? This does sound concerning. Speaking with someone directly would be comforting, but likely not possible.

No haha i wish they would have one established. But weirdly enough i got a response litterly minutes after posting this. He gave me the right tracking number and its by the new york. Really brightened my day. Anyways, in the near future i will be getting a ht and conveniently enough i live in miami fl, as i see your a located at Boca Raton.

Kane is not known to rip people off, maybe your email didnt go through or they are just busy?
