The rich and famous: Vin diesel, Rock, Jason statham, Kevin Oleary, etc...

all have enough money for the most sensational hair transplants....But they chose not to do it.....

Many of them have established careers as bald or balding men. They might not want to ruin their image or wish to avoid the publicity of getting a hair transplant. If hair is required for a particular role a hair system can be used.

Having no hair probably helps his career by allowing him to maintain a level of racial ambiguity.

maybe these guys are strong enough emotionally to not let hair loss get in their way , in this messed up world.

personally, I really do not want to have to ever have a hair transplant. I'd much rather take the medicine route and hope it lasts me to the age that having hair isn't necessarily expected of me

maybe that's how they feel, but they just decided not to do anything about it.
I know some people that really just don't care if they have hair or not, and are perfectly comfortable in their own skin, (haha), shaving it.
