I ve been doing a lot of research over the last few days and Ive discovered that Beta Sitosterol is the active ingredient in Saw Palmetto. Ive read about a case where one guy claimed it stopped his hair loss and even regrew some. I was wondering has anyone ever used Beta Sitosterol and how did it work out?

Tried it never did anything for me. I think everyone wishes there was a safe natural way to stop MPB that is why so many snake oils target that approach. Saw palmetto I think did help me, but its impossible to really say because its just my own guess. I just quit and figured its propecia or nothing. Im still on nothing right now because Im not big fan of taking hormone changing chemicals even for my hair.Comment

I used it about 10 years ago. It was the main ingredient in this crappy product that is still for sale today. It did nothing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste you r time using the stuff.Comment
