It still stands that castration is the only proven way to completely stop MPB. The most powerful evidence in existence that androgens do indeed control MPB almost exclusively. Hard to argue against the only proven way to stop MPB.
Stopping T and DHT should stop MPB if before it begins but propecia and even dut is not enough
