Elections here in Germany - Can't vote because all party candidates have MPB

How can I vote or endorse a candidate that I know has shitty genes and is unwilling to fight his baldness with Propecia? Seriously, every single party here has major party leaders with MPB. I think I will be forced to vote for the middle-right party here since they are led by a woman and the top leaders are NW1.5 at worst. That's a respectable hairline imo.
