Does this look like MPB?

So recently I've been paranoid that my hairloss isn't even from MPB, the thinning seems to be everywhere (the pic doesn't really do it justice) and my hairline is pretty much intact except for slight recession at one temple.

Opinions?

Current regime:

Dutasteride 0.5mg EOD
Finasteride 1.25mg EOD (just doing this until I run out)
Spiro cream to hairline ED
Nizoral 2% twice a week.

I see you posted a picture but for some reason it doesn't come through. Seems like a pretty severe regimen to me; finasteride AND dutasteride? Never heard of that. You might be asking for trouble with stuff that potent.

Where you can see scalp is actually thinner than the picture makes it look.
