T gel or tea tree shampoo for itching?

Which one would you try? Decided I don't want to use nizoral yet and risk shedding from it.

Tgel is good, I prefer the old coal tar shampoo, I think its available from most pharmacists, they do a good soap as well. Let me know how you go on.
