(pic) What stage of hair loss am I, is it bad, and what can i do to make it better?

Im 19, has had this hair line since i was like 15, and the ONLY one out of my 3 siblings that has this hair line. My moms dad is completely bald but my dad an his dad has a completely full head of thick hair. My hair is thicker than my siblings, so im confused on if imma be bald or not. My siblings all have a HEADFULL of hair. My siblings ages are 20, 16, an 10. What stage of hair loss am I, is it bad, and what can i do to make it better? Thanks!
