How to stop the flaking with rogaine?

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone had any information on how to stop your scalp flaking while using rogaine? I use nizrol once a week but so far that has not helped.

Any comments would be helpful. Cheers

Hi and welcome - i will hazard a guess you are using the liquid version on Minoxidil hey ?

Try the foam version as this eliminates the flaking reaction.

The falkey is due to the fact the minoxil is drying your scalp out as it's alcohol.

Aye i am using the liquid verison! Do you think if i used the liquid version at nights and foam in the morning it would stop the flaking?

Or would i have to use the foam all the time?
