    22 after receding advice

    Hi there,

My name is Jack and I am 22.
In the last year I have started to notice that my hair is slightly receding. It looks like I am going slowly in the direction of the "island" look, as I have a patch at the front Center of my head which is fine.*
My family male hair history isn't a great one so I think I'm kinda screwed, but I thought I should act now and save what I can!*
I would jut like some advice for young people who are starting to recede.
For about 6 months I have been taking Saw Palmetto. I am not noticing any obvious improvements but that could be because I am experiencing early signs.*

    Any help would be wonderful.

    Cheers

    Jack

Laze, you are about to get some great advice here. I want to tell you this, Your age is your advantage. Waiting for a decent regenerative treatment will SEEM like an eternity to you but it wont be,,relatively speaking.
Hang in there young man, heed the advice given to you at this forum to slow down the hair loss and in time, you will have recovery. That is a fact.

          looking back

Dude i started receding about the same age (I'm now 27) - I wish i had found this forum and radio show back then. You are in a commanding lead, all you have to do is visit the doctor and get a script for Fin - so simple.

Looking back i wish i had of been more proactive about my recession (could have saved a lot more) I have been on fin for 2-3 months and have experienced NO side effects.

Don't get suckered into any hippy natural treatments it's not worth your time or money. Data and results show fin is your best shot. Good luck
