Nizoral 2% once a week?

Hi, I started using Nizoral 2% shampoo once week. Pls let me know if this is good (not too strong for the already thinning hair) or shall I switch to Nizoral 1% shampoo instead. I'm 37 & NWIII. Take Finasteride as well.

Try it and find out. I have 1% Niz and dont like it, but it may be good for your hair.

Stick with the 2% unless you're getting unwanted effects from it. Once per week is fine, unless the prescribing doctor recommended something different.

I'm also using ketoconazole (Nizoral) shampoo combined with finasteride, and have had good results. Good luck!

Yes, once per week is fine if you are using the 2% strength Nizoral. If you find that you have a problem with the 2% strength, switch to using 1% Nizoral A-D once or twice per week and see how you do.
