Advice please: the world's best FUE surgeons

Hi everyone - thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'm a 34 white year old guy living in the UK.

I've been slowly receding and thinning at my front hairline for about 10 years. Been on propecia for about 8 years - maybe it's slowed things down, but it hasn't stabilised it. No loss at the crown.

Anyway now i feel it's got to the point where i've got to do something. it's really ageing me. I look terrible on every photo. My wife says it doesn't bother her but sometimes she makes little 'jokes' which really don't help.

Been researching HT for a while and really want to go for FUE, so that i've got the option of wearing my hair really short if i want/need to.

Can any of you guys recommend the best surgeon for hairline FUE? Obviously this is a big decision so am willing to travel for surgery. Heard good things about Feller for FUE. Maybe Christian Bisanga in Brussels?

Cheers guys for any feedback, really need some guidance.

Hi there, If you want to drop me some pics I am more than happy to run them past the Doc for his opinion on your situ. Be aware though that although EVERYONE wants FUE that it might not actually be the best way to go for your individual situ - LONG TERM.

Bisanga and Feriduni do good FUE along with HDC in Cyprus - Consult with all IMO to get a good all round opinion on your situ mate.

    Happy to help

      Hey London101, first off, welcome!!!

As Spex has already mentioned, make sure you meet up with him for some great advice and help.

It gets very difficult to say who is the best FUE doc in the world---Dr. Feller, Dr. Cole, Dr. Wolf, Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Mwamba, the HDC clinic, have posted impressive results in the recent few years.

Not to mention Dr. Woods who most credit with inventing the FUE procedure.

With that said, here are some questions to ask:

What size punches do you use?
What is the maximum % of grafts do you take from the donor(20-25-30%?)
Do you have grown out pics and patients for me to speak with and meet in person?

These questions will help you narrow your choices down---plus with meeting up with Spex he can give some additional questions and insight as well.

Just watch your bar tab when you meet up with Spex!!!!!

      Take Care,

Contact Dr Woods and ask him as he may not be interested in having an internet presence now
