Hey guys,I'm almost 26 and have been balding since about 16 years old.It started to become very aggressive at 20-21.I've been on Fin and Rogaine for a year and a half and I've seen no improvement on my hair at all.Is there any hope for me or is it time to just accept i'm gonna be a bald guy?How long based on the pics I've attached do you think I have till I lose the remaining hair on my head? The pictures I attached are from a two years and a year ago,I'll try to get a current one up in a little bit

If your condition has not worsened, the medications are working for you.

If your condition is getting worse, the medications are not doing you any good.

Either way, no one can predict how much time you have.

Treating hair loss takes a really long time. Time that is measured in months
and years. It is a painfully slow process. Again, if the condition has not
worsened, the medications you are currently using are working and you
should continue to use them to prevent further hair loss.

If you have not yet added Nizoral shampoo to your regimen you should do
so. Use Nizoral as directed on the label or as directed by your doctor.

I have had good experience with the laser comb. You might too. Low level
laser therapy does not work for everyone though. Hairmax has a 20 week
money back guarantee for this reason. 20 weeks is plenty enough time to
determine if the laser comb will help improve your hair or not. If it does,
great. If it doesn't, take advantage of that 20 week money back guarantee
    and get your money back.

One more time. If your condition is not getting worse, the medications
are working for you and you should continue to use them if you want to
keep the hair you have for as long as possible.

      Hi there

It's really tough to estimate how much time you have. I lost hair from ages 22 to 26 and thought I'd be a nw6 by the time I was in my 30's but I'm now 34 and most on my hair loss has stopped (nw3) for about 8 years now. So it's tough to tell.

Have you considered a HT? There are highly recommended doctors throughout this website. A consultation with one of them might give you the right plan of attack. Just a suggestion...

I forgot to mention that it is a good idea to track your treatment with a
photo diary. Most people actually cannot tell if they are improving or not -
even though they think they can. But you need to do much better pics than
you have shown here. You want to maintain as much consistency as possible
with your photo diary. Same poses, same lighting, same background and the
same hair cut and camera if you can. Take these treatment diary photos
every two months. Get someone to help you take these photos.
