Does it look like I'm balding?

Hey,

I'm 24 right now and worried about balding. I panicked about it two years ago, when I read an article and discovered I didn't have a juvenile hairline any more. I don't think it's got much worse since then, but I may have missed changes as I see it in the mirror every day.

Pic 1 is dry, Pic 2 is wet and Pic 3 was taken a little over a year ago.

Also does it look to have gotten worse since then?

I was just worried about the corner and temple point, is it normal to have less density in these areas? It's apparent in the 2nd and 3rd shot.

Also, this one was actually taken in Jan 2010 and shows the less dense area in the corner.

He is right though if you fully haired people keep coming on this site talking about loseing your hair we might have to lynch you guys. lol joking of course. Get out enjoy life dont come back to this site you wont be balding any time soon and when you do it will very very slow (I know this because of the lines in your forehead its very apparent that you have a loose scalp).

How much do you guys think my loss has progressed since Jan 2010 (last picture posted)? Has it passed the point of mature hairline?

Your photos do not really tell much except that you have a lot of hair. They are of low resolution and look to be from your cell phone. There is only one side shown and the length of your hair is falling over the hairline obscuring any chance of seeing what's going on.

Use a real camera and try to upload larger images so they don't come out as thumbnail sized files in your posts. Take images from all angles (left, right, top, front, back) and then you can get some real answers that will be based off of real information.

It is safe to say you do not have a hair loss problem but to say anything beyond that is difficult.

Your level of hair loss looks very premature to me. In other words, I don't really see much hair loss here, more of a boy becoming a man type of hair loss.

I wouldn't worry about it. Young guys can be quite sensitive about any changes to their hair.

Well, do you think it would be worth getting it checked out before I commit to meds. I have the number of a clinic that could help me with that. They'd do a miniaturization study.

Your photos are too poor in quality to see anything. You have a mature male hair line, that is all anyone can see - even when you offer a bigger picture. The quality of the photo is still too poor.

Seek out a doctor who specializes in treating hair loss.
