    Am I balding/Should I start Rogaine

    I'm only 17 years old.....
I can't tell if this is just a matured hairline or the beginning of MPB. If so, should I start using Rogaine? I don't want to use Propecia until later, and that is only if I HAVE to.

It is very hard to tell without seeing your entire forehead. You are approaching adulthood and probably are developing a mature hairline. Do you have a strong family history of male pattern baldness? It is debateable whether or not Minoxidil/Rogaine will have effect in hairline area.

At 17 you should really be taking a good look at the preventative treatments available. Most unfortunetely have not been shown to have significant effects in the frontal and hairline area. I will take a look at any additional photos that you post.
