2 months out, what to expect

i am 2 months out from a 1800 graft transplant. it seems that a lot of the grafts have not fallen out and have not grown either. moreover, it also seems that some are starting to fall out now, and i have seen some with clear-cut follicles at their end. should i be worried?

It sounds very normal to me. I understand that some people don’t shed all of their transplanted follicles and I have read similar questions from people who see the follicle when the hair does come out. I think this is the way they look when they do shed and that the follicles have taken root after two months anyway so don’t worry.
