Thinking about starting Propecia

Thinking about starting Propecia/fin to stabilize mild hair loss...I’m 46 and had some recent stress. This stress has begun what appears to be MPB. I’m concerned about the sides; any thoughts, side effects, or concerns to report? Can I purchase from the net? Do I need Drs to care while on it? Can I get it from my GP, or must I go to a hair doc?
