Extremely rare. I recently spoke to a highly-regarded doctor who has prescribed Propecia to almost 10,000 patients and has seen one case. You're more likely to overdose on Tylenol.

yea its pretty rare... Your more likely to get gyno from gaining weight or genetics than propecia. The numbers are so small, its questionable whether or not the drug was actually the direct cause...
