Hair transplants will never truly be the answer. Though they are the best option right now to have new hair in a certain area...it just isn't that great at all. Even with Acell.
If Acell is perfected and we can have 2-3 transplants to increase density without any complications or having it cost a million dollars then it might be an ok option. But it's still surgery and complications always occur.
Hair loss still sucks if you lost a lot of hair. There isn't any way of getting it back without risk or sacrifice. Still sucks big time.
I'm very hopeful for the next few years though.Comment

I think the verdict on ACell is still out. There was some encouraging data presented at the recent ISHRS conference in Boston last week. I will definetly be taking a closer look and may even get involved in some of the upcoming research trials.Comment
