FUE procedure with a heart problem.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site so thanks for having me. I'm Graham from the UK (near Newcastle upon Tyne). I'm a 48 year old male who's been receding since I was about 18. I also have a bit of thinning on the crown area where I administer a little spray of concealer. Having looked at the Norwood Scale I'd say I was about Norwood 3(V). Think Jimmy Carr before his recent FUE procedure (in fact I even have the same haircut as Jimmy). Anyway, I'm seriously considering a FUE transplant - I have the time and the finances but I also have a heart problem - left ventricular dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). I've tried a number of non-surgical interventions - finasteride for a year (nothing), minoxodil (had to sop because it gave me heart palpitations) and a laser comb (as expected - nothing). I had a cosmetic procedure a while ago, nothing to do with my hair, but there was a consultant there who did FUE transplants so we had a little chat. He explained the procedure and that it would involve a locally administered injection of Lidocaine with adrenaline. I confessed to him about my heart condition and he said that he couldn't possibly go ahead without my heart consultant's permission. Later I discussed this with my heart consultant and he said that he had no problem with the procedure but on no account can I have the adrenaline injection. The Lidocaine is fine, though. So here's my question to you lot, can I have a FUE transplant with a heart condition or am I barred from this? Also, if I can have a transplant can it be without the adrelaline? Before anyone asks: why don't you just shave your head? No way, I've had a shaved head in my youth and I just don't suit it, I would rather try the hair system route but it's not that bad yet).
