I already gave it a few years, i started receding at 21, in the past 3 years i went from a perfect straight beautifully thick hairline to a receded DOME on each side, LOL. I thought that was the only worry, then about last year my friends noticed that my crown was much thinner than the rest of my head.... been about a year since then... and i'm over it. Went from having shoulder length hair to shaving this baby bald. Unfortunate, but my choices were to drain my wallet on meds that may or may not grow it back while making my dick limp, get surgery which i cannot afford, or suck it up and shave it off and move on like a man while keeping a rock hard member... Lol... obviously you know which one i chose.
Well if you paid attention to my post above, i said that i felt like shit for the first couple of weeks and months after i seen how rapidly my perfect hairline.... became... well not so perfect... hence why i came here. I haven't been on here for like a whole year. This site just randomly came to my mind while browsing the net and decided to check whats going on here after 1 year.
You can search my name in the search bar, i made some posts last year with pictures of my hair when it was long and perfect and what it was at the time.... now i'm a baldie and my mental state is a complete 180 since then.
its really not that hard, especially when you realize the fact that no one really cares that your bald headed, shit i have been getting more women being bald then i ever have when i had hair.
new guy feel so unhappy

I agree with you, but how did you end up here if hair is a non-issue for you?
I guess i am the odd man out on this one. I had a ridiculously thick maine up until year and a half ago. Started receding at 21, then last year i noticed my crown get thin. I felt like crap for about a week. Now i am 24...
Then i pulled out the buzzer and put it all behind me. I got over it real quick. This seems more than just a HAIR issue, seems like a mental one.
Kind of like when females get breast augmentations because they are mentally unstable. I'd suggest seeing someone in person and getting some stuff off your chest. I mean people are born with lot more serious stuff and deal with things that make gradual hair loss seem like an utter joke, and people pull through no problem.Leave a comment:

Give it a few years and you either accept it or be depressed by it, you'll notice life changes for you in funny ways. Of course there more serious stuff out there, but then why are you on here if you dont seem to care about your hair?I guess i am the odd man out on this one. yes iam from londonare you based in London?
Best advice I can give anyone from the UK is to get in touch with Spex and have a chat with him. The guy is a beacon of great advice for hairloss issues. He helped me (and many, many others) a lot.
I'm 32, and have just returned from a second 'small' bulk up HT with Dr Feller, which I'm hoping should sort me out for a long, long time. I started receding when I was 18 as well. I've now - all being well - got a lovely thick new hairline to look forward to!
hope it goes well for you mate!

I don't want to sound like I'm advertising for the stuff, but it is like a miracle. It really is amazing. That said there are a lot of drawbacks. You can still shower everyday, you just have to resprinkle the stuff on. It comes off very easily with shampoo but it actually barely comes off in plain water - like the rain. But it is fake. You can't go swimming. You do have to have an umbrella or a cap with you in case you're caught in the rain even though it takes a real deluge to make it leak. You can run, lift weights, sweat. My ex wife didn't mind. She just didn't run her fingers through my hair. It does limit your lifestyle but not horribly. I still went swimming at the beach. I just didn't put my head under the water. I didn't get my hair wet in the shower except when I washed it out - every 3 or 4 days. But you'll seriously be amazed at how with a bit of hairspray they really stay stuck. When I went to the surgeon for the consultation about HT he actually looked at me and said "Where exactly are you losing your hair?" I mean as soon as he started digging around it was obvious but to see it on anyone you have to be less than an inch away. The thinner your hair gets the more of a pain it is. By the time last September rolled around it was too much of a pain too deal with and I didn't have enough hair left to support it. My mother has thin hair and uses it as does my aunt. Try it. It costs nothing. If you don't like it, throw it away. It really might make a difference for you. It did for me for quite some time.

I was 26. Man your hair looks very thick,do the fibers really work that well? I'm afraid to get the fibers because its fake and I'll be kidding myself by looking how bad it really is in the morning after a shower or when it rains or swimming.Leave a comment:

I don't think that my hair was that thick when I was 16 years old. I guess I never knew b/c I kept it so short for so many years. The only way to get back that kind of thickness would be to get a hair piece/ wig. How old are you in that picture? Five years ago my hair looked like this (but with thickening fibers in it). I have ZERO pictures of myself from that period without stuff in my hair. I never left the house w/o it.

the old city
Oh shit! You're in the old city in Jerusalem. I can even see the barrel of somebody's rifle next to you.
Yeah, she is very, very beautiful. You lost all that hair in 2 years? It doesn't look like you even have any recession at all. Did you get injured? They told me that my injury and all the surgeries sped up my hair loss.
