Is this just a swirl or is this how balding starts ?

I am a 30 year old guy and I have been told by few ppl that I am balding but I taught it was just a swirl on my head it looks weird because of my short hair cut. I asked my barber who himself is bald and has an experience of 15 years, and he told me there is nothing to worry about. But iam still scared cause I took a photo on my phone with flash on and it looks horrible, if someone has any 1st hand experience plz share it with me [IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
