I'm about to turn 32 and have a history of hair loss in my family, father has moderate hair loss on the crown and temple areas, great uncle and his sons are bald, my grandfather however has a great head of hair in his 80s. I just started to notice what I fear is thinning at the crown of my head and want to do what I can early on if I am correct.
The front seems fine to me, hopefully more of a maturing hairline than receding, but I may be too optimistic about that.
Photos are taken under direct lighting, which I know exaggerates the appearance but I still feel it is thinner than it has been and compared to other areas...
