I need to know if I'm balding or not

So quick backstory, I am 17 and have major OCD thus experience alot of stress and thus have pretty bad sleep deprivation because of this. I usually sleep 5 hours for the past year. I didnt notice it until now but my forehead has gotten somewhat bigger and I had some hair loss, my hair has gotten somewhat thinner (especially at the back side) and I saw that at the back of my head there was a weird open space. I also have some gray hairs. It is now at the point that I can feel a noticable difference in hair in the backside and middleside like in the middle it's so thick and back it's very thin.

Is my balding reversable if I start fixing my stress levels and my sleep? This looks like beginning stage of balding.

I dont even know how I would show up to hs with this. It would be too embarassing.

      Alright, man. A few things:

Hairline always look jagged that way?

As a person with borderline OCD and full-blown GAD, our hair is way more susceptible to stress induced thinning. Of the population with anxiety related disorders, one third experiences hair thinning. So while 95% of guys with thinning hair have MPB to some degree, if you have anxiety problems, you’re already in a subset of men that puts you at a much higher risk for stress hair shedding.

Yeah, that crown could be thinning, but I lean toward no. Don’t get lost on here, man. If you’ve gotta check, try not to do it every day. Obviously, that will stress you out. Especially if you’re looking for hours. Eventually, you will be able to tell what it is and from there, if you’ve got the balls for it (I’m not sure I do) you can hop on finasteride and minox and maintain that hair.
