9.5 months on Finasteride- still loosing ground

So I’ve been on finasteride 1mg regularly for 9.5 months. I’m 21. Within the last 3 months I’ve noticed that my frontal hairline has got a lot thinner than what it was. Since noticing this thinning I started Nizarol 3x a week 2 months ago. When I run my hands through my hair I always get 3 or 4 hairs. Noticed that my hair is a lot greasier than it has been before. I’m feeling kinda disheartened as I thought fin would stop the loss. Is it not working or is there still time? What is the next step if I’m still loosing hair on Fin? Uncertain on whether to add minoxidil as I’ve heard the shed can lead to more loss. These photos are from Feb and this photo is now, March (see change in one month)
