    Two weeks post op

Two week mark and not much has changed. The hairs haven’t shed yet. I have resumed minoxidil. As you can see in the first photo the short grafted hairs are easily covered.

I have used Min for the last year and it works for me. So even though I had to stop a week before HT and couldn’t restart until a week after, I plan to continue use of Min. As for Fin...HELL NO! I tried it one year ago and it felt like castration. I lost all sex drive, couldn’t get erections, and felt a pinching pain in my testicals. I only used Fin for 3 weeks but the symptoms lasted for almost two months after I quit. I would urge everyone to be very cautious with Fin. It is a powerful drug. That said, I saw results from Fin right away. It works and if you don’t feel side effects, good for you.

Hey, looking great & thanks for sharing your updates.

Could i ask if you are taking finasteride/using Minoxidil?

    Jason,
I used a doctor in Georgia named Dr. Daniel Danyo. It’s a small boutique shop where he does most of the work. He hand cores the grafts without the use of an automated machine so it takes a little longer. Then he uses a little pen like insertion method that keeps him from having to make scalpel incisions. The whole thing took almost 12 hours, which is longer than average but he and his staff were great. Hope that helps. This was my first HT and I’m 47. I’m open to any questions you might have.

    Hello,
I was thinking of getting a hair transplant just doing some research at the moment, not sure which surgeon to use or country lot of posts about Turkey but people saying be very careful. I like your results real good for a short time not sure which surgeon you used, any information would be very much appreciated as I continue my current research.
    Best wishes Jason

Day nine and pretty much all scabs rubbed out. Because I did shaveless FUE, I can fully cover the grafts. Almost all soreness is gone.

    Day seven post op

Day seven. Big milestone day. Today I shampooed gently trying to get scabs gone. Pretty much all redness gone. Still some soreness. The first pic is how I wear it when I go out. It pretty much covers the grafts. My girlfriend says she doesn’t even notice it.
