Hi all, Looking for some advice
I'm 33 years old currently shedding around 20-40 hairs a day.
there is no hair loss within the family, my dad is 60 and has all his hair. same with my mum
I recognise I'm slowly losing my hair but unsure on the best approach.
I'm trying for children at the moment so I cant take the risk with the pill option.
I'm also worrying about the shredding with the regaine foam if I decide that route.

Maturing hairline but i don't see anything else.

20 to 40 is normal, even 100 hairs a day is normal. I can't see any hair loss from your photos.
