Am I balding? Sever loss of hair on top. Im only 24 guys please help!(Pic included)

I’ve been told by family and friends for a good 2 years now that my hair is thinning. Which I knew at the time were but I never took it serious. But this past July I noticed a bald patch on the top of my head. My crown is fine and so is the hairline but this patch has me really depressed and even friends are starting to notice it as well. Could it be temporary? Such as the condition called telogen effluvium?

Looks like MPB so get on propecia and Rogaine.

Could be TE could be diffuse thinning (MPB). My crown is fine and so is my hairline, however top of head is diffused all over (serious miniaturisation). You need to go to a hair specialist so they can check for miniaturisation, then you will know for sure. If you Father, or your Mum's Dad is bald, then there is a strong chance is it MPB. Either way, best to know for sure, and then you can decided whether or not you want to take action. All the best.
