Hi, I am new on this site, and any advice would be helpful. I am a 53 yr old man. I wear my hair in a slightly long shag, Rod Stewart style, ala 80's LOL. My hair has been slowly thinning over the last several years. It is starting to show. Mostly in the front hairline. I am considering hair transplantation. I would just like to focus on the front hairline. I dont want to shave my head. Any advice on which procedure would be best? Any advice would be helpful? Also, I live in Las Vegas, and I have seen ads for hair transplantation in Tijuana, Mexico for 70% less cost than having it done in the US. Any opinions on this?
