Hi guys - I made a post on an old hairloss forum i used to post on back in the day ( http://millerarts.com/discuss/viewtopic.php?t=2216 ) Called the "grunge" forum but it's pretty dead nowdays so I'll try here.
Basically two months ago i decided to try a new regimen.Taoist soap on scalp daily leave it there for 3-4 minutes to reduce inflammation.Scalp brushing with a medium stiffness nylon brush 20-30 mins a day to increase circulation.Diluted magnesium oil spray 2-3 times a week to decalcify and improve circulation etc.
Diet - low inflammation - low processed foods, low sugar."Healthy".Exercise at least 30m a day etc.
