Is it possible for new hair to grow whilst the old hair still falling out? And if So will the new hair fall out also?

Yes, when your hair shed it's to make way for a new hair underneath to grow again in the following days. When your hair is shed it as been in telogen for 2-3 months without growing anymore. Since hair in telogen are not as deep and well attached in the scalp pulling or brushing can make them shed sooner. But this is the normal way of things and several health conditions can interfere with this cycle.
