Hi All,
I'm 43 and have now been on Fin for about 8 years. The first 6 it worked great. I don't think I had regrowth but it kept my hair relatively think on top. For the past year and 1/2 I feel as though I've lost a lot of hair. It's not receeding so much at the temples, but mainly thinning a lot on the center of my head and crown. It's like several dime sized thinning zones on top. I've heard that Fin loses its power over time. Should I switch to Dustasteride instead now? Has anyone done this and had any regrowth or thickening? Are the side affects the same?
