Sperm volume

Is it commom, or normal, to ejaculate less sperm in the first week of finasteride ? I noticed that my sperm is a little "watered" Is it going to pass if a persist with the medication or should I stop it ?

Initially I had sore testicles, some less ejaculate (twice) and tender nipples.

All went away after a week
