20Y shedding since last week

Last week i somehow noticed i had thin spots on the top of my head. They were not visible from the sides, front or back.

The day i noticed.

So, a day or two after, i decided to shave my head, because i believe that i should not "hide" it and i thought it won't look that bad.
I took some photos during the week.
Except the top of my head, the other parts, as i mentioned earlier, are fine.
I don't have receding hairline.

Some are very disturbing to me, since it just appeared from nowhere.

I will be glad for some comments from experienced members.
Of course, i hope it's a temporal state, but i'm skeptic.

I have a number of friends who are going bald exactly the same way you are.

One of them, did as you tried to do, buzz it (sorry, you did NOT shave it), and it looked worse. He actually grew his hair longer, and from the front, you would never know he was going bald, just from the back/top. He has an excellent stylist, and he looks great.

The other two (brothers), wound up shaving their hair off (razor), completely, and they both look fine.

You have, what appears to be, the start of diffuse thinning. I would see a doctor, just to make sure it's not something that can be treated.
