21 thinning fast on the crown. Is this definitely mpb?

Hi everyone! Only just joined. I've been receeding slowly since I was about 17 and this is something I've learnt to deal with and doesn't bother me too much if I keep my hair short.

I've noticed lately that my hair seems to be thinning badly at the back of my head which I am not okay with. It seems to be at the back rather than right on the crown where people
Usually start to thin. Is this a normal place to be balding at 21 or could something else be the cause?

I've seen people completely bald on top with thicker hair at the back than me. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone could confirm this is a normal area of the head to be thinning with mpb as the top of my head is still pretty thick in general. Seems to have happened pretty fast too.

Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That look like normal mpb. I would say a Norwood 3V, with the crown leading more to a 4.
