is this mpb or telegon effluvium

Ok to start things out I want to share that I always had a big forehead even as a child, so I don't know if my hairline receded or not. About 2 months ago I felt a burning sensation in my scalp around the hairline area. Literally felt like mmy head was on fire. I was also stressing hardcore about school and money problems at the time, because ut triggered cold sores on my lip(i only get them when im stressed)So I immediately got a haircut because I had a curly afro. I noticed thinning all around thethe scalp which scared me. I know my dad is bald and my oldest brother has a lot of recession. But even my dad isn't thinning in the back which is weird. Is this ranother kind of mpb? Any help is appreciated

The density looks really good in back, from what I can see. It matches the front.

Our heads stretch out the density, as it grows.

There is traction alopecia, but that has to have a lot of pressure on the hair for
that to happen. Long hair doesn't cause that.
