Where am I at on the Norwood scale? Diffuse thinning?

Some family history of early hairloss. Hairline's receded a little over 3/4 an inch over the past 3 years or so (from the center crease). I feel like it's looking thinner when it's wet lately-- but not completely sure. Thoughts?

Above is my slightly damp hair combed straight forward (crown is towards top of frame, the front of my head towards the bottom)

Based on photos, you're a Norwood II with miniaturization on the frontal hairline and almost no recession on the temples.

Anything to be concerned about on the rest of the scalp based on the pictures? I don't understand being Norwood II with no temple recession-- or do you mean no further recession on the temples?
