4 months and no new hair seen

I had hair transplantation done some 4 months ago. I have very low density of hair in the transplanted area. These are the hairs which remained after transplantation without shedding and no new hair has been seen sprouting. my hair tranplantation surgeon did the surgery for four consecutive days. On first and second day he transplanted hair on the vertex areas and on third and fourth days on frontal areas. He told me that he transplanted 1400 to 1600 per day. If we consider 1400 per day, that makes 5600 in total four days. Many people told me that 5600 is unusually high no for FUE method. I would be glad if someone suggest me on this and whether I am going to have better growth or not?
