Hi folks, like many others here, I'd like to humbly entreat your opinions and expertise.
I'm a 29-year-old guy who's had longish hair for about 10 years - never very thick, but I did not notice anything wrong until quite recently (perhaps because I was pretty care-free about it, and longer hair tends to hide a lot). Anyway, a few months ago, I realized that my hair is barely growing anymore, and that it is quite thin, especially on my temples (see attached photos), which got me spooked. I'm not sure how long it's been like that (or if always, even) or how normal that is, though.
Do you think I have a cause for concern, or am I just freaking out over nothing? And if the former, what measures would you recommend (apart from medication, ideally)?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
