Impossible to tell without old pics and even then it could just be a maturing hairline. Don't see any obvious receding. If your father or maternal grandfather have MPB then its likely you will as well. If neither do then chances are on your side. Now it is possible to not have MPB even if your father or maternal grandfather have it and vice versa but the odds are much higher that you will follow in their footsteps.
