I am about to turn 19. My hairline has always been fairly high but I believe that there is recession. Also my crown feels and looks a little thin. I can't tell because in some lights it looks fine, but in others it looks really bad. I have been shedding a lot in the shower, now there are maybe 15 hairs and before there were maybe 5. My moms side has no hair loss at all, my grandpa died at 68 will a full head of hair, all my uncles in their 50's are at most nw 2. My dads side has really bad mpb, my dad shaves his head because he was a nw 4v at 26. I really don't want that to be my fate, how can I be proactive about this?
