You will need hair transplant to get back your confidence and believe me it affect your life in negative way if you like your appearance as some men do not. I lost my hair and then I did transplant and now feel better and back on track. I do not know in which age it is good to do it but you need to consult with Doctor, who has reputation and the number of patient and also the process and his knowledge tells you that it is the right person to do my hair transplant. check out your local Doctors and be careful do not trust even to pictures and videos , if you travel to another countries before than gain repetition of the country Doctors and see what is the number of patients goes there also which Doctors have good feed-backs, for example Israel has very good eye surgeons. Minoxidil and nizoral are safe enough to start alone. They're over the counter.

Stick with those and at 18 look into finasteride or perhaps a new treatment will be out, probably setipriprant.

Absolutely do not even think about a transplant! No ethical doctor would work on you with that much hair left and being so young.

When you start minoxidil foam you will lose some hair for the first 1-3 months. DO NOT STOP. Those hairs will come back thicker.

Your loss is recent so it's possible minoxidil and nizoral give you quite a lot of hair back.

Stay positive man, you caught this early enough to be okay.

Yes you can start without a dermatologist. Those aren't prescriptions. It's over the counter like Advil or Tylenol.

I just went to ayurvedic homeopath doctor, who said my my diet lacks the nutrients and also i should start a healthy diet alongwith dry fruits.
Apart from this he gave me a shampoo to be applied 2 days a week, oil for daily usage and a medicine.
The medicine's box reads:
Medicina Homeopatica Homeopatica Homoeopathic Medicine

Lipocol - Hair care drops - 1 side

10 ml contain:
Alfalfa D3 1 ml, Hypophysis D30 2ml, Juglans D12 1ml, Kalium phosphoricum D4, D6, D12 ana 0,5 ml, Lactuca sativa D2 0,5 Lecithinum D3 1 ml, oenothera biennis D3 0,5 ml, Polysorbatum D3 0,5 ml, Testes D30 2 ml.

Focusing on school would be something I'd love to do myself, but it will soon become a living hell as soon as I lose more hair and it becomes more clear... I observed carefully EACH AND every guy's hair of my age group and guess what? No one of them. NO ONE OF THEM. Except me. Why?

The worst thing you can do is not focus on school. It is SO important, it's the key to everything and without it you can easily end up in a real world of shit. It does seem at this moment as if a proper treatment is going to be released while you're still youthful but you better be able to pay for it.
